Payment Schedule
More than 6 months to go
Booking Fee: An immediate payment of £50.00 is required in order to secure your wedding date in my diary. The booking fee is fully redeemable against your final balance.
Deposit: 3 months prior to the date of your wedding you are required to pay 50% of the final remaining fee
Balance: The remainder of your balance is to be paid at your makeup trial (or by an agreed date.)
6 months or sooner to your wedding
Booking Fee: If you are booking your wedding day and trial makeup with 6 months or less of your wedding, you will be required to pay 50% of your wedding booking as a deposit to hold both dates.
Balance: The remainder of the balance is paid at your makeup trial (or by a pre agreed date)
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to change the date of your wedding please let me know as soon as possible and I will try my best to accommodate your change (I do understand that sometimes things change!). If I cannot accommodate your new date it will be treated as cancellation.
If you wish to cancel your booking please let me know by email or letter.
General Terms
Your Wedding date cannot be secured until the booking fee is paid.
If the deposit is not paid within 1 week of the due date, Make up by Claire reserve the right to cancel your booking and you will forfeit your booking fee.
If the Balance is not paid at your trial or by a pre agreed date (agreed before the trial), Make up by Claire reserve the right to cancel your booking and you will forfeit your booking fee and deposit.
Once your booking has been confirmed; in the event of makeup / beauty treatments or trials being cancelled, payment in full will still be required. If payment is not made as per the payment schedule above, Make up by Claire reserve the right to cancel your booking and any monies paid to date will be forfeit.
In the event of a cancellation please note that the booking fee and deposit are non-refundable
