Claire prepared me for an evening shoot on Monday. She came to my house prior to the shoot to do my hair an make-up which were done up to an exceptional standard.She gave me lots of beauty tips all throughout this process, we got along extremely well and had great conversation.She is a very kind, friendly and happy person but also a very professional and great make-up artist.

After getting me all ready for the shoot she drove met to the studios and even stayed there all throughout the entire shoot to re-touch my hair and make up, and to change these slightly according to the style of the outfit. She had a great sense of style and helped me out with some of my outfits and she apported some amazing ideas to the shoot!

It was an absolute pleasure working with her, I would definitely recommend her to anyone and I would certainly work with her again!

She is a joy to work with, nothing is too much trouble and she really understand the complexities of applying makeup for photographic shoots. and she creates incredible hair styles effortlessly (or at least it looks easy when she does it!)

I had the pleasure of working with Claire for the first time yesterday and I was blown away by what she created. Claire took my brief and came up with a great choice of make-up looks, all of which looked stunning. Claire arrived on time and stayed on hand to do any make-up adjustments to ensure every detail was just right as the shoot progressed, something that gets reflected in the photos and the massive time saved with reduced retouching. Absolutely LOVED working with Claire, she really knows her makeup and skincare. The makeup looked great she had an extensive makeup kit that covered by skin tone. Highly recommended! I’m 100% definitely work with Claire again.

Claire recently volunteered her services for a charity fashion show and she was amazing in every way.

She was incredibly punctual, arriving before any of our models so that she could set up her equipment. As the models arrived we realised that our other make-up artists were not going to show up, and neither did our hairdressers. Claire took it all in her stride and with only one other student make-up artist did the hair and make-up of eight models and two of our hostesses.

She managed to create a beautiful make-up look that went with two very different styles of clothing with just a simple change of lip colour and even though she had no power for any hair tools, she did a beautiful job on different hairstyles!

Claire was my MUA for a fashion/lingerie shoot. Pre shoot comms were excellent and the makeup and hair styles for the shoot agreed in advance.

Claire arrived at the model’s address prior to the shoot to complete hair and makeup and when I met them at the studio these had both been done to a good standard 

Claire was in attendance with myself and the model during the shoot and provided valuable enhancements to both hair and makeup for the style changes for each set. Her attention to detail is superb.

What can I say about Claire?

Apart from being awesome at makeup, she is loads of fun.

I found Claire whilst searching for a makeup artist to work with me on a styled wedding photoshoot. As soon as I had seen her work on her website she was the one I wanted and happily for me she was free. The photoshoot was to be split into two shoots. Both based in the 1950’s, one being a rock n roll style whilst the other being elegant.

From Claire agreeing to some on board she quickly joined my Pinterest mood boards and started to pin her ideas. Great for me as I know what I want but need another view on it.

We had two female and one male model booked. The first shoot was to be bride and groom and the second brides only. The reason for two female models is, one; to create a different look and two; to help with getting ready. We had an issue on the day in that the model for the first shoot did not turn up. With our only model agreeing to do both shoots the pressure was on Claire to remove the makeup from the first shoot and apply a fresh look for our second shoot. This was no issue for Claire. We were back out on shoot much quicker than I ever thought.

Throughout the day Claire was an absolute blast to be around. We had a lot of fun and laughter. Claire was also a big help to me on the shoot as she accompanied us around.

I cant wait to work with Claire for my next shoots, she’s awesome!

Claire was fantastic, the makeup was flawless for myself, my 2 bridesmaids, mother and Auntie. But more than this, Claire went beyond her call of duty, ensuring that everything went smoothly on the day. She even came to the venue to do final touch ups as we were running late!
